Is Kalvri an agency?

No. Kalvri is a matchmaking app, not an agency. We help families and caregivers meet. We do not vet, employ, or pay anyone.

Does Kalvri run background checks?

No. Kalvri runs no background checks. If a caregiver chooses to share one, we show only the self-reported status, clearly labeled.

How much does it cost?

Free for caregivers, always. No subscription, no application fees, no agency cut. Families can join free too, with an optional Kalvri+ subscription.

How does matching work?

We match on skills, schedule, specialties, languages, and distance. We never use age, race, religion, or other protected details to rank anyone.

How does Kalvri keep things safe?

Conversations start on Kalvri, with one-tap report and block and two-way ratings. We are honest that we do not vet anyone.

Who can use Kalvri?

Adults 18 and older, including families arranging care for someone they love and the professional caregivers who do that work.
